We are introducing a new appointment system to help us make sure you receive the right care as quickly as possible.
To request an appointment, please complete our short online form by visiting the Highfields Medical Centre website. Once we receive your form, your request will be reviewed by our team. We will then contact you with advice or arrange an appointment with the most appropriate clinician or service, depending on your medical needs.
If you are unable to complete the online form yourself, we would ask, where possible, if a family member or friend could help you. If this is not possible, please stay on the line and one of our reception team will be happy to help complete the form on your behalf.
Please note, if you have a life-threatening emergency, such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, or heavy bleeding, do not complete the online form. Instead, call 999 immediately or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department.
